I uninstalled everything and downloaded new software from Kworld only new BDA drivers were available.

After re-installing with updated software still only the NTSC and remote control worked. The only manuals for this device is a quick start guide booklet, an installation manual with some remote control information at the end on the Kworld CD, and the ArcSoft TotalMedia 3 help file! Other notes: Warranty information is not on any documents included. If you get a pop-up window that says your video card dosnt support HD in hardware and the channel looks like pink colored snow youll have to select Hardware Acceleration Off to view that channel.

My experience didn't require an XP repair, I just had to update the drivers on the USB device and force the path to read from the extracted files I got out of the latest ZIP file from the manufacturer website. I finally realized I could have spent twice as much on a better device.

Oh well. It has largely been phased out in favor of digital ATSC broadcasting. Audio audio quality is also inferior. It is superior to the old NTSC analog system because it can deliver HDTV picture quality in a wide screen format, as well as being capable of providing theater quality audio. This means that you generally will get free, usually local cable channels with a QAM tuner, but you will need a cable box or cable card to get the channels that are provided by the cable television providers.

Fortunately, there is. First Name required. I would highly recommend this product. Thanks Tiger! Looks like my wife wants one for own [here i go again! I highly reccommend this product. Support Email Address: support KWorldcomputer.
