Booting windows 7 from ramdisk

I hope I am posting this is the correct area, if not forgive me. I am trying to help a friend who is trying to remove a Ramdisk. When you start up the computer it gives you two choices. When you choose the RDO it is just a black screen and nothing happens. I have check the HD and it is not set to compressed. They said it was like that after they did a complete new install of Windows 7.

Where can I find Ramdisk in order to just remove this so their computer will start up normally? Thank you very much for your time and information! This thread is locked. Maybe to attach a grub4dos ram disk while native boot from VHD, so that WES7 could store information about new device, or anyhow disable this question in system? Windows will not install itself in VHD file located on Flash drive, if the Flash drive is the only drive in the system.
